Can I download my drawings for free?

Your first 3 conversions are free — convert a photo and see the full result before paying anything. After that, each drawing costs one credit (all formats — DXF, SVG and PDF): buy pay-as-you-go credits, or subscribe for about $1 a drawing if you convert regularly. Downloads from our ready-made gallery are always free.

How do the 10 bonus credits work?

You get 3 free conversions when you sign up. The first time you go to download a drawing, a 48-hour window opens — subscribe to any plan within it and we'll add 10 bonus credits on top of your plan's monthly credits. One-time offer, subscriptions only; Pay as you go doesn't qualify.

Why use credits?

Each conversion uses AI processing which has a real cost. Credits let you pay only for what you use — no monthly commitment required with Pay as you go.

What is the difference between a subscription and Pay as you go credits?

Subscriptions give you a set number of credits each month at a discounted rate. Pay as you go credits are purchased individually at a higher rate but never expire. Choose the option that suits your usage pattern.

Can I use my conversions commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on every plan. You own your conversions outright: business use, client work, selling products you make from them, all included, with no restrictions from us. Your rights do not depend on your plan or the type of credit you use. The only rule is that you cannot use PhotoCAD to mass-generate a library of files for resale as digital products.

What about gallery downloads?

Free with signup. Browse and download as many files from our gallery as you like — all included at no cost. Credits are only used to download a drawing you convert from your own photo.

Can I switch or cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What if I do not use all my subscription credits?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period — they do not roll over. We recommend choosing the tier that matches your typical monthly volume. Pay as you go credits work as a top-up safety net and never expire.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

You can purchase additional Pay as you go credits at any time. They are used as a top-up alongside your subscription credits.

What does priority processing mean?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Business subscribers get priority in the processing queue, so your conversions are processed ahead of free and Hobby users. During busy periods this means faster results.
