What is a credit, and when is it used?

One credit downloads one drawing, in every format — DXF, SVG and PDF — and you can redownload it any time afterwards at no further cost. When the credit is taken depends on whether you are holding any. Your first 3 drawings convert free and you see the full result; a credit is taken when you download one. Once you have credits, a conversion takes one as it runs and the drawing is unlocked straight away, with nothing more to pay at download. Each conversion uses AI processing that has a real cost to us, which is what a credit covers.

Can I download my drawings for free?

Your first 3 drawings are free — convert a photo and see the full result before paying anything. After that, each drawing costs one credit (all formats — DXF, SVG and PDF): buy pay-as-you-go credits, or subscribe for about $1 a drawing if you convert regularly.

What is the difference between a subscription and Pay as you go credits?

Pay as you go suits one-off or unpredictable work: buy only what you need, and the credits never expire. A subscription suits regular work — a set number of credits every month at a lower price per drawing, under $1 against $1.80 to $2.33 for pay-as-you-go credits, renewing until you cancel. Subscriptions also lift the gallery download limit, and Pro includes downloading the drawings you edit.

Can I switch or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you cancel, your remaining subscription credits stay usable until the end of the period you have already paid for. Any pay-as-you-go credits you hold are unaffected — those never expire.

What if I do not use all my subscription credits?

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period — they do not roll over. Pick the tier that matches your typical month, and use pay-as-you-go credits as a top-up in a busy one, since those never expire. You can downgrade at any time if a smaller plan fits better.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Buy pay-as-you-go credits at any time and they top up alongside your subscription credits. There are no overage charges — we never bill you automatically for going over. You simply cannot download another drawing until you top up or your next month starts.

What can I do in the editor?

Accepted Answer

Set the real size of a drawing from one known dimension, metric or imperial, so it exports at true scale. Delete or split lines, set line weight and style, add labels, arrows and dimensions, and lay the drawing out on a sheet with a title block; Pro can place several drawings on one sheet. Editing is free for everyone and your first edited drawing download is free. After that, downloading edited drawings needs a Pro plan.

What does priority processing mean?

Pro subscribers get priority in the processing queue, so your drawings are processed ahead of free and Hobby users. During busy periods this means faster results.

Question 9

Can I use my drawings commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on every plan. You own your drawings outright: business use, client work, selling products you make from them, all included, with no restrictions from us. Your rights do not depend on your plan or the type of credit you use.

What about gallery downloads?

Accepted Answer

Free on every plan. Free and pay-as-you-go accounts can download 5 a day from the gallery; subscribers have no limit. Credits are only used for drawings you convert from your own photo.

How do the 10 bonus credits work?

You get 3 free drawings when you sign up. The first time you go to download a drawing, a 3-hour window opens — subscribe to any plan within it and we add 10 bonus credits on top of your plan's monthly credits. One per account.
